Don't you hate it when a holiday comes upon us, we are asked to go BUY stuff?
For this week, I want you to find what makes you feel good about yourself and schedule it into each and every day.
Here are some examples:

  • Take 2 more minutes in the shower to enjoy the warm water
  • Meditate
  • Take 15 seconds to center yourself
  • Take a deep breath
  • Enjoy your cup of coffee in a place that inspires you
  • Get a massage
  • Spend time with a friend you haven't seen in a long time
  • Call a friend
  • Play catch with your son or daughter
  • Buy a decadent drink for yourself
  • Make time to talk to your kids
  • Go to a museum
  • Take a walk
  • Go on a picnic
